Punjab cabinet minister Vijayinder Singla has inaugurated a laparoscopic machine costing about one crore at Homi Bhabha Cancer Care Hospital. Vijayinder Singla said that with laparoscopic machine, operation can be done on the patient's body without making cuts and with laparoscopic machine it will be easy to treat cancer through binoculars. The patient's recovery will also be quick.
