Presenting the proposals in a meeting to prepare the forthcoming budget, Mr. Vijay Inder Singla, Lok Sabha Member Congress Leader from Punjab and Member of the Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Finance said that the youth of Punjab is currently addicted to drugs. To get rid of drugs, de-addiction centers with 100 district beds should be opened in every part of Punjab.
