Punjab Public Works and Administrative Reforms Minister Vijayindra Singla, 410 needy families of Sangrur city were provided certificates of ownership of their lands under the Basera scheme of the Punjab Government today. On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Vijayindra Singla said that he will always work to improve the lives of the people of the area.
